Initially, I ordered two sizes because, as we all know, online shopping can be tricky—sometimes you get your usual size and it ends up being too small, forcing you to size up. But not with this dress! The fabric is light, airy, and has plenty of stretch, especially in the upper torso and arms. The lace is forgiving, which is perfect for me since I have larger upper arms, and they fit comfortably—something that’s rare for me, so I was pleasantly surprised. This dress is beautiful, and now I want it in every color. Interestingly, the size I ordered that was two sizes up also fit perfectly; it was just a bit roomier but still flattering. For reference, I’m 5’3″, 258 pounds, and the dress hit just below the knee in both sizes. I could easily wear a size 22 and could probably even go smaller for a more fitted look. The only adjustment I’ll make is pinning the front a bit, as my 44C bra size causes a bit of gaping at the cleavage

Let me start by saying that I’m on the heavier side and usually feel uncomfortable in most dresses, which is why I rarely even try them. I’m 5’6″ and 260 lbs, and I ordered a 2XL in this dress. I had a flowy cover that I thought would look great with a black dress, so I ordered a few different ones, but I hated all of them. I was about to give up when I came across this dress and decided to give it one last shot—I’m so glad I did! While I’m still heavyset, this dress is incredibly comfortable and makes me feel confident. It seems like whoever designed it truly understands the female body, highlighting the parts we want to show off and minimizing the areas we’d rather not. The way it’s cut around the bust and how it gently flows down without clinging to my belly gives me a much slimmer look. You can easily dress it up or down, and the discreet pockets are a nice touch without bulging out awkwardly like in some other dresses. The soft material adds to the comfort, and I haven’t felt this good in a dress in a long time. For reference, in my photos, you can see it hits right at the ankles—perfect, not too long, not too short. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a flattering and comfortable dress!

The dress is true to size, which was a pleasant surprise. I’m 6’0″ and typically wear a size 2X, and this dress fit me like it was custom-made. The waistline is perfectly placed, giving the dress a flattering shape, and overall, it’s a very lovely piece. However, my only complaint is how the fabric holds up after several washes. Initially, it was fine after the first two washes, but by the third wash, I started noticing some pilling, and now, after five or six washes, the fabric has lost some of its original softness. While the dress is still beautiful and fits wonderfully, it only lasted me through one spring and summer season before showing wear. That said, I do feel like I got my money’s worth, so I wouldn’t deduct a star for the fabric quality

I’m 5’1″ with a 49-inch bust and wear a 44G bra, which means I often have to size up in bras and shirts to get a good fit. My pant size used to be 22, but now I’m between 16, 18, or 20 depending on the cut, and for dresses, I usually wear an 18-20. For this dress, I decided to go up a size just to be safe, and I was so excited when it arrived! I knew I’d need to hem it since I’m on the shorter side, but I was more nervous about the overall fit. The fit was perfect, but unfortunately, the dress was about 15 inches too long. I expected it to be a bit long, maybe 4-5 inches, but hemming that much wasn’t possible, so I had to return it. This dress was for a black-tie New Year’s Eve wedding, and I was heartbroken because it was absolutely stunning! I really wish more brands offered petite options for plus-size women, especially for dresses and gowns. I always have to order shorter styles just to get the right length. A shout-out to all women’s clothing brands: petite options for plus-size dresses are desperately needed! If you’re 6 feet tall, this dress would be perfect for you—please don’t think I’m being rude, just speaking from my own experience!
